Terms of Service

By using Postrush, you agree to these terms. If you're using it on behalf of a company, you're agreeing for that company too.
The service
Postrush researches your brand, generates content, and can publish it to the social and blog channels you connect. You're always in control of what gets published — either by reviewing each batch yourself or by turning on autopilot for a channel.
Your account
You're responsible for keeping your login secure and for anything published under your account, including via autopilot. Don't share your account with anyone outside your organization.
Your content
You own everything you create with Postrush and everything you feed into it (your website, brand voice, uploads). We only use it to run the service for you — we don't claim ownership, and we don't use it to train models for other customers.
Acceptable use
Don't use Postrush to generate or publish spam, illegal content, or anything that violates the terms of the platforms you connect (X, LinkedIn, Instagram, and so on). We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or put other users' connected accounts at risk.
Billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis via Stripe. You can cancel anytime from Settings — you'll keep access through the end of your current billing period, no refunds for partial periods.
Disclaimer
Postrush is provided "as is." AI-generated content can be wrong — review anything sensitive before it goes out, especially on autopilot. We're not liable for consequences of published content you approved or that autopilot published on your behalf per your settings.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves. We'll notify you of material changes by email before they take effect.
