What we collect

• Account info — name, email, and password (hashed, never stored in plain text).
• Brand data — your website URL, brand voice, and content you generate or upload.
• Connected channels — OAuth tokens for the social/blog platforms you connect, used only to publish on your behalf.
• Billing — handled entirely by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.
• Usage data — basic product analytics (pages visited, features used) to improve the app.

How we use it

We use your data to run the product you signed up for: researching your brand, generating and scheduling content, publishing to the channels you connect, and showing you performance insights. We don't sell your data, and we don't use your content to train models for other customers.

Third parties

We share the minimum necessary data with the services that make Postrushwork: Stripe (billing), our email provider (transactional email), OpenAI (content generation), and the social/blog platforms you explicitly connect. Each only receives what's needed to perform its function.

Your rights

You can export or delete your account and all associated data at any time from Settings. Disconnecting a channel immediately revokes our access to it. If you're in the EU/EEA, you have full rights under GDPR — access, correction, deletion, and portability.

Data retention

We keep your data while your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove your data within 30 days, except where we're legally required to retain billing records longer.
